I am the author of the book, Power Over Pornography. It is an alternative step-by-step program that works for those who try it. It is available as a Kindle eBook and references a lot of subpages on my website, www.poweroverpornography.com. Many people have benefitted from the program, especially those (and there are a lot of them) who are to embarrassed to seek help from a therapist or group program.
